All Tanita's Health and Fitness Monitors and Scales are underwritten by a ten year warranty against manufacturing defects and faults in workmanship. - The consumer helpline is manned during business hours Western Standard Time, after which time calls are recorded on our message bank. Any messages left on the answering service are replied to at the beginning of the following working day.
- All returned items are inspected, tested, repaired (if possible) and cleaned.
- Any returned items within warranty that are deemed faulty and cannot be repaired will be replaced.
- Phone calls are made and letters sent to consumers regarding returned items.
- Fast turnaround of repair/replacements is guaranteed.
Full support on spare parts. Any item that becomes discontinued remains available for a further 12-month period - or until stock runs out. At this point an alternative item will be supplied after liaison with the consumer.
